How to log in

Registration with the Identity Provider Group Retail Portal (GRP) is a prerequisite for gaining access to find.content.audi.

To gain access to find.content.audi, external employees must follow the steps below.

  1. Creation of the external employee VW Group Supply account: The partner company's administrator creates the external employee account in the B2B VW Group Supply system. For any VW Group Supply related questions or issues please contact b2bteam@vwgroupsupply.com, your company administrator or your contact person at AUDI AG.
  2. Confirmation by the AUDI AG contact person for the external employee account: The confirmation request is automatically sent via e‑mail to the AUDI AG contact person and needs to be confirmed in the Audi Service Portal. Afterwards a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the new external employee automatically. This e-mail includes the needed KUMS ID (= Profile ID, not the ID of the B2B VW Group Supply system) for the login to find.content.audi. 
  3. Once the external employee account has been confirmed, you can complete the following steps using the KUMS ID:
    • Request a one-time password from the VW Enterprise Helpdesk (EHDD) support ehdd@volkswagen.de (Subject: "W-TAMU Password Reset for User ID “XXXXX”"; Text: "There is no access to PWSS (Password Self Service), so please send the password via e-mail.") The password must be changed after the first login.
    • For your first login, click "Login" and "Continue with KUMS". After your login you will be asked to scan the QR code for two‑factor authentication. Once completed, you will be able to access find.content.audi.
